Power Measured in newtons
The more force needed to stretch the fabric means the more compression power the fabric exerts for muscle stabilisation and protection. This test stretches 50 mm x 100 mm fabric samples along the weft direction of the weave. It is stretched to 170 mm in length and the required force is measured by the Instron machine.
