COVID-19 RETAIL STORE UPDATE
As per Stage 4 government restrictions due to COVID-19, all 2XU VIC stores are closed from Thursday 6th August 2020 for a minimum of 6 weeks.
If you have recently made an in-store purchase in a Victorian store and want to process a return and/or exchange, please contact our online customer service team via firstname.lastname@example.org.
We have also extended our Returns Policy for recent in-store purchases in Victoria only. Once stores re-open, you will have an additional 30 days to return and/ or exchange items in-store.
We are excited to confirm that all of our Australian retail stores in NSW, QLD and WA have now reopened, after all needed to be temporarily closed earlier this year.
For now, store hours in these states have been amended and may change over coming weeks due to the constantly evolving nature of COVID-19. We suggest calling your local store before planning a visit to confirm opening hours. Any stores not listed below have been permanently closed.

Can I amend or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
If you're having second thoughts about your online order and wish to cancel it, please email us at email@example.com. We cannot make changes to your order once it has been placed. As we are committed to getting your order to you as soon as possible, if it has been released for processing we cannot guarantee we can cancel the order.
What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express & PayPal. We cannot split payments between credit cards. Please note that all orders are subject to review.
What currency is the site in?
All prices displayed on www.2xu.com/au are in Australian Dollars.
How do I use an online promo code?
To redeem an online voucher, simply enter your promotional code into the space provided on the first page of the checkout then click ‘apply promo code’. Please note that online vouchers cannot be applied to orders after payment has been made.

When will my order arrive?
Orders shipped with our Express Delivery service will arrive between 1-5 business days after dispatch.
What if I need my garment sooner?
If you’ve got an event coming up on the weekend or you simply can’t wait for your garments, 2XU AUS has you covered. We offer an Overnight Shipping option for $12.50, which ensures next day delivery for orders made before 10:00am. For some rural areas, deliveries with Overnight Shipping may take 2 days.
How will I know if my order has been shipped and how do I track it?
Upon dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking details and estimated time of delivery of your order. To track your order click here
What if my order doesn’t reach me?
If you suspect that your order has been delivered to the incorrect address or has been lost by the courier, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we locate your parcel.
Can I redirect my delivery after it’s been dispatched?
In most cases we are able to issue a redirection request to our couriers. Simply email us at email@example.com with your new delivery address so that we can assist you. Please know that this may take up to 24 hours.
Does 2XU Australia ship internationally?
We cannot ship an order internationally from our Australian website. Please be aware that orders placed via third party freight or shipping forwarder to countries outside of Australia are done so at your own risk and safe delivery cannot be guaranteed.
How can I purchase 2xu products outside of Australia?

As stock availability across our range fluctuates, we cannot guarantee that we’ll have the preferred item that you wish to exchange for in stock. Instead, we ask you to purchase your preferred item through the website and submit your request for a full refund for the item that you wish to return. Refunds from returns will be processed by 2XU within 7 working days.
How do I make a return purchased in store?
Items purchased in-store can be returned or exchanged in-store within 30 days of purchase, as long as they’re in a sellable condition. Simply take your items back to the place of purchase with your receipt and ask to speak with the store manager, who will be happy to help.
How do I make a return if i have moved overseas?
To organise a return of items purchased within Australia after you have moved overseas, please contact your local 2XU distributor. You can find their details here.
How do I make an online return?
Garments purchased through our online store can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided that the garment is in a sellable condition. To organise the return of an online purchase, please submit a request here.
Can I return underwear, bras & socks?
2XU Australia is unable to accept returns of bras, underwear or socks due to hygiene purposes.
When will my purchase be refunded?
We will process your refund as soon as we’ve received and inspected your return. You will receive an email confirming that your refund has been processed, and the funds will appear in original account used to make the purchase within three business days.
I think my item might be faulty?
We only ever want our customers to be wearing the best possible garments. To read about our 12 month warranty, please visit our Terms and Conditions page. If you believe that you have received a faulty item, please visit https://www.2xu.com/au/returns-and-exchanges.html?lang=en_AU and fill out your request for return or exchange, along with any relevant images. We aim to respond to all requests within 24-48 hours.

Do you have a size chart?
For optimum performance, you need your garments to be fitted correctly. We’ve included size guides on each of our product pages to assist you with finding the perfect size. You can find them by clicking the ‘SIZE GUIDE’ button under the colour and size preferences.
What if I’m on the border between two sizes?
Whether to go up or down a size when you’re sitting right on the border can depend on the purpose of the garment. If you’re mostly going to be using your compression wear for recovery purposes, we would recommend that you choose the smaller size. If you’re mostly going to use the compression garment during physical activity, we recommend choosing the larger size. Your compression garment should be a neat, tight fit, but it should not inhibit circulation. If you’ve chosen the wrong size, please contact us to discuss an exchange.

PRODUCT CARE AND INFORMATION
How should I wash and care for my 2xu gear?
Washing instructions will be on the care tag of the individual gear you own. However, as a general rule:
- Machine wash in cold water with like colors
- Do NOT Tumble dry. hang to dry in a cool shady area away from sun.
- Do not use bleach, fabric softeners or dryer sheets
- Do not iron
When storing, we recommend placing apparel in garment bag to protect from snags and prolonged exposure from sun.
We recommend getting a delicates laundry bag for extra long use.
How long do they last?
Our garments are built to perform. We carefully select our fabrics and materials to ensure the longest lifespan possible for our garments. The standard life of our garments is approx 7 years, provided that the care instructions are followed for wear and wash.
What is Teamwear Customisation?
At 2XU you can select from our comprehensive range of Men's and Women's custom spec triathlon, cycle or run gear. We also services we offer are: - Sublimation - Corporate branding - Local sports club colors Head to www.2xuteamwear.com for further information on how to order our teamwear apparel.
How does it work?
Send your logo, colours and any ideas you have to email@example.com and we’ll create an exclusive, original team kit in sync with your brand and its demands. For those budding fashion designers out there you can even download the spec sheet for your garment, draw your design on it and email it to us along with other material. Once we have received all your information and materials we will mock up a range board and send it to you for your approval. Note: Three design changes are available to you prior to final sign-off. After your final order is taken, production on your kit will commence immediately. Note: There is a 20 piece minimum on full custom orders and turn around is typically eight to ten weeks from receipt of your final order.
