When will my order arrive?
Orders shipped with our Free Delivery service will arrive between 4-7 business days after dispatch.
How will I know if my order has been shipped and how do I track it?
Upon dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking details and estimated time of delivery of your order. To track your order click here
What if my order doesn’t reach me?
If you suspect that your order has been delivered to the incorrect address or has been lost by the courier, please contact us immediately via support.2xu.com so that we locate your parcel.
Can I redirect my delivery after it’s been dispatched?
In most cases we are able to issue a redirection request to our couriers. Simply send an enquiry via support.2xu.com with your new delivery address so that we can assist you. Please know that this may take up to 24 hours.
Does 2XU New Zealand ship internationally?
We cannot ship an order internationally from our New Zealand website. Please be aware that orders placed via third party freight or shipping forwarder to countries outside of New Zealand may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.
