How do I make an online return?
Garments purchased through our online store can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, provided that the garment is in a sellable condition. To organise an exchange of an online purchase, please submit a request.
Returns and Exchanges Policy
If you change your mind about your purchase from 2XU.com, 2XU is happy to exchange the item if returned within 30 days of its original purchase.
All returned/exchanged items must be new, unworn and unwashed with all clothing tags still attached to garments. If you have removed the tags, unfortunately, we will be unable to accept the return.
Unless the product is faulty, all additional postage costs for returning items will be at your expense.
We're happy for you to try on clothing to see if it fits but for hygiene reasons please wear your own underwear underneath the garment. If your clothing purchase is the incorrect size we will gladly offer you a refund or exchange. For these returns you are required to pay postage to 2XU.
Once we have received the returned products, exchanges will be processed within 72 hours and refunds or credits processed within 7 working days. Refunds will be credited back into the original account of payment.
**IMPORTANT** - 2XU takes no responsibility for returned items that do not reach us. We suggest that you get postal insurance before sending the items.
How do I make a return purchased in store?
Your 2XU experience is important to us, therefore we’re happy to provide exchanges or refunds for garments within 30 days of purchase from a 2XU retail store, as long as they’re in a sellable condition. Simply take your garments back to the place of purchase with your receipt and ask to speak with the store manager, who will be happy to help.
How do I make a return if i have moved overseas?
To organise a return of items purchased within AUS after you have moved overseas, please contact your local 2XU distributor. You can find their details here
Can I return underwear, bras & socks?
2XU AUS is unable to accept returns of bras, underwear or socks due to hygiene purposes.
When will my purchase be refunded?
We will process your refund as soon as we’ve received and inspected your return. You will receive an email confirming that your refund has been processed, and the funds will appear in original account used to make the purchase within 3-7 business days depending on your bank.
I think my item might be faulty?
We only ever want our customers to be wearing the best possible garments. To read about our 12 month warranty, please visit our Terms and Conditions page. If you believe that you have received a faulty item, please submit a request for return or exchange, along with any relevant images. We aim to respond to all requests within 24-48 hours.
