Returns and Exchanges Policy

2XU has a strict Customer Return & Exchange Policy and Procedure to ensure that each item is dealt with quickly and professionally. We will allow a change of mind return for refund or exchange, provided that the item in question is
- A full priced, non-sale item;
- returned within 30 days of order from 2XU.com;
- in original purchased condition with tags attached;
- not a bra, underwear or socks; and
- not damaged in any way.
For these returns you are required to pay postage to 2XU.
We're happy for you to try on clothing to see if it fits but for hygiene reasons please wear your own underwear underneath the garment. If your clothing purchase is the incorrect size we will gladly offer you a refund or exchange on items excluding socks and underwear if returned within 30 days of its original purchase if product is in original purchased condition with tags attached. For these returns you are required to pay postage to 2XU.
Once we have received and confirmed the returned products comply with our returns and exchange policy, exchanges will be processed within 72 hours and refunds or credits processed within 7 working days. Refunds will be credited back into the original account of payment.
**IMPORTANT** - 2XU takes no responsibility for returned items that do not reach us. We suggest that you get postal insurance before sending the items.
How do I make an online return?

How do I make a return purchased in store?
Your 2XU experience is important to us, therefore if you change your mind about your purchase we’re happy to provide exchanges or refunds for full priced garments within 30 days of purchase from a 2XU retail store, as long as they’re in original purchased condition with tags attached and you have proof of purchase. Simply take your garments back to the place of purchase with your receipt and ask to speak with the store manager, who will be happy to help. Our change of mind policy does not apply to garments which are sold as samples or seconds.

How do I make a return if I have moved overseas?
To organise a return of items purchased within AUS after you have moved overseas, please contact your local 2XU distributor. You can find their details here
When will my purchase be refunded?
We will process your refund as soon as we’ve received and inspected your return and confirmed it complies with our returns and exchange policy. You will receive an email confirming that your refund has been processed, and the funds will appear in original account used to make the purchase within 3-7 business days depending on your bank.
I think my item might be faulty?

If you believe that you have received a faulty item, please submit a request for return or exchange, along with any relevant images. We aim to respond to all requests within 24-48 hours.
