Can I amend or cancel my order after it’s been placed?

We are committed to getting your order dispatched as soon as possible. We cannot remove, add items or cancel your order once it has been placed.


What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, AfterPay & PayPal. We cannot split payments between credit cards.

How do I use an online promo code?

To redeem a coupon code, simply enter your promotional code into the space provided on the first page of the checkout, click ‘apply promo code’.

We offer an Express Shipping option for $12.50, which ensures 2-3 day delivery for orders made before 10:00am.
During this time, we are currently offering free standard shipping on all orders Australia-wide.
*For some rural areas, deliveries with Overnight Shipping may take an additional 2 days. 


How will I know if my order has been shipped and how do I track it?

Can I redirect my delivery after it’s been dispatched?

In most cases we are able to issue a redirection request to our couriers. Simply use the form above with your new delivery address so that we can assist you.  Please know that this may take up to 24 hours.

International shipping is not available from our Australian website.

As stock availability across our range fluctuates, we cannot guarantee that we’ll have the preferred item that you wish to exchange for in stock. Instead, we ask you to purchase your preferred item through the website and submit your request for a full refund for the item that you wish to return here.


How do I make a return purchased in store?

Items purchased in-store can be returned or exchanged in-store within 30 days of purchase, as long as they’re in a sellable condition. Simply take your items back to the place of purchase with your receipt and ask to speak with the store manager, who will be happy to help.


How do I make a return if i have moved overseas?

How do I make an online return?

Garments purchased through our online store can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided that the garment is in original and sellable condition. To organise the return of an online purchase, please submit a request here.

Can I return underwear, bras & socks?

2XU Australia is unable to accept returns of bras, underwear or socks due to hygiene purposes. 


When will my purchase be refunded?

-Please allow 1-2 weeks for our warehouse to receive your return, depending on the delivery guidelines from shipping partners.
*You will receive an email notification once the warehouse receives your return. 
-Your return will be assessed and processed within 5-7 business days upon receiving.
-Please allow 3-5 business days after this for your refund via your original payment method.


I think my item might be faulty?

We only ever want our customers to be wearing the best possible garments. To read about our 12 month warranty, please visit our ­Terms and Conditions page. If you believe that you have received a faulty item, please visit and fill out your request for return or exchange, along with any relevant images.

Do you have a size chart?

For optimum performance, you need your garments to be fitted correctly. We’ve included size guides on each of our product pages to assist you with finding the perfect size. You can find them by clicking the ‘SIZE GUIDE’ button under the colour and size preferences.

What if I’m on the border between two sizes?

Whether to go up or down a size when you’re sitting right on the border can depend on the purpose of the garment. If you’re mostly going to be using your compression wear for recovery purposes, we would recommend that you choose the smaller size. If you’re mostly going to use the compression garment during physical activity, we recommend choosing the larger size. 

Your compression garment should be a neat, tight fit, but it should not inhibit circulation. If you find your item is not the right fit on this occasion, see our returns here.




Do you offer gift cards?

Yes we do, however gift cards online are currently unavailable. Please reach out to us at here to redeem a gift card online or visit your nearest store to redeem/purchase gift cards.

How should I wash and care for my 2xu gear?

Washing instructions will be on the care tag of the individual gear you own. However, as a general rule:

- Machine wash in cold water with like colors

- Do NOT Tumble dry. hang to dry in a cool shady area away from sun.

- Do not use bleach, fabric softeners or dryer sheets

- Do not iron

When storing, we recommend placing apparel in garment bag to protect from snags and prolonged exposure from sun.

We recommend using a delicates laundry bag to prolong the wear of your garments.


How long do they last?

Our garments are built to perform. We carefully select our fabrics and materials to ensure the longest lifespan possible for our garments.




What is Teamwear Customisation?

At 2XU you can select from our comprehensive range of Men's and Women's custom spec triathlon, cycle or run gear. Services we offer are: - Sublimation - Corporate branding - Local sports club colors.

How does it work?

Send your logo, colours and any ideas you have to and we’ll create an exclusive, original team kit in sync with your brand and its demands. For those budding fashion designers out there you can even download the spec sheet for your garment, draw your design on it and email it to us along with other material. Once we have received all your information and materials we will mock up a range board and send it to you for your approval. Note: Three design changes are available to you prior to final sign-off. After your final order is taken, production on your kit will commence immediately. Note: There is a 20 piece minimum on full custom orders and turn around is typically eight to ten weeks from receipt of your final order.
