When will my order arrive?

To ensure your 2XU gear makes it under the tree, orders must be placed on website by:
East & West Coast: 10am PST Tuesday 20th December
Remote States: Unfortunately we cannot guarantee Christmas shipping time frames for remote states. (Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico & Guam)
IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION
Get free standard delivery on all orders. Orders placed before 10AM PST (business days) should be dispatched within 24 hours, and delivered within 2 working days. Orders placed after 10AM PST will be dispatched the following business day. Remote states may take up to 10 business days for delivery.
All domestic United States orders are delivered using UPS, which is a signature required service. If you will not be home during standard delivery hours (9am to 5pm) we recommend shipping to your work address. Please ensure you add the company or business name to your address to avoid any issues when shipping to a work address. If you are not present to accept your delivery, a card will be left to advise where your parcel can be collected. This information can also be viewed by clicking the track your order link in your shipping confirmation email.

Orders shipped with our Standard Ground Delivery service will ship via SurePost® (UPS to USPS) and will arrive between 3-7 business days after dispatch from Southern California.
How much does shipping cost?
For orders under $100 shipping is a flat rate of $7.50. Orders over $100 qualify for our free ground shipping.
How will I know if my order has been shipped and how do I track it?
Upon dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking details and estimated time of delivery of your order. To track your order click here
What if my order doesn’t reach me?
If you suspect that your order has been delivered to the incorrect address or has been lost by the courier, please submit a request here so that we locate your parcel.
Can I redirect my delivery after it’s been dispatched?
In most cases we are able to issue a redirection request to our couriers. Simply submit a request with your new delivery address so that we can assist you. Please know that this may take up to 24 hours.
Does 2XU USA ship internationally?
We cannot ship an order internationally from our American website. Please be aware that orders placed via third party freight or shipping forwarder to countries outside of the U.S. are done so at your own risk and safe delivery cannot be guaranteed.
