How to return your product:
Do not return your product to the store where you bought it. At 2XU, if there is something that our customers are not satisfied with, we want to hear about it directly. All you need to do is complete the performance guarantee return authorization form. You’re responsible for the cost of shipping the product back. Please use a method of shipping that will allow you to track your package, as we can’t be responsible for lost packages.
Once we receive the item, we will replace the item with a new product. If the returned item is no longer available, we will send you the latest item that is of equal value in style and price. Please allow 4-6 weeks for us to process your request and ship your new item out. Thanks and we look forward to continuing to be a part of your training and athletic life.
Terms & Conditions
Performance Guarantee is separate of the quality guarantee for one year on defects or workmanship. Performance guarantee is only valid on COMPRESSION products and those items that are purchased through an authorized 2XU retail partner. Not valid on items purchased on auction websites. Must provide proof of purchase (store receipt) for full refund. All other returns without proof of purchase, will be issued credit on 2XU.com based on the latest sale price of item returned.
