On September 27, Chloe McCardel started her swim from Dover, England and swam for 24hrs and 50min. After 12 hours and 4 minutes, she finished her first crossing at Cap Gris-Nez in France. Unfortunately, due to unforecast force 5-6 winds and 6-8 foot waves for the final five hours of the swim, Chloe was forced to withdraw approximately 5 miles from England. Her [ READ MORE ]
