Customers say these compression tights provide effective recovery support after running, cycling, and gym workouts, with many noting reduced muscle soreness and quicker recovery. Users appreciate the graduated compression, particularly in the lower legs, and find them comfortable for wearing several hours post-exercise or overnight. The foot stirrups help keep the tights positioned but some find them uncomfortable around the arch.
