TeamTBB's Aaron Farlow opens 2012 with a Challenge Wanaka WIN!
2XU sponsored TeamTBB Germany triathlete Aaron Farlow opened his 2012 in superb style with a win at Challenge Wanaka on Saturday.
Farlow put in an amazing performance, topping the men’s elite field with a cushion of approximately ten minutes. Aaron exited the swim behind super fish Kieran Doe but quickly took the lead into the 180K bike leg. Over the marathon, he maintained and grew his lead even further.
In 2011, Aaron burst onto the scene winning Ironman UK and followed it up with a podium at two other Challenge races. Aaron has shown continued improvement since joining TeamTBB. We wish his all the best for the remainder of 2012 - a certain threat for all others on the long course circuit.
