2XU sponsored teamTBB's Amy Marsh WINS Ironman Brazil!
A huge congratulations to 2XU sponsored teamTBB traithlete Amy Marsh, who claimed her fourth Ironman victory at Ironman Brazil yesterday!
Marsh exited the water 3 mins behind Zelenkova in first place, completing her swim in 53 minutes flat. On the bike, Marsh assumed first place at mile 75 and powered away from the pack of 10-strong pro women. The TeamTBB Texan then ticked off the marathon miles and held her lead for the win, finishing over 6 minutes ahead in a total of 9 hours 9 minutes and 39 seconds. Cracking!
Meanwhile, teamTBB’s Caroline Steffen blasted the field in Heilbronn, Germany to continue her winning streak after her first WTC Ironman win in Australia last month. This coincides with the official launch of teamTBB Germany whose members include Caroline Steffen and which recently took place in the Bike Boutique shop in Bad Tölz.
